    We stayed at a property with Mike Norman Realty near Holmes Beach. The house was wonderful, the island is fantastic. We were a multigenerational family. We rented bikes, went kayaking, fishing, walked the beach, and even swam over the Christmas and New Year holiday 2016- 2017. Anna Maria is a wonderful Island. The Ugly Grouper is a great place to visit, even during renovations the food was tasty and the service was good. Mike Norman Realty was attentive with questions we had prior to our trip. The house was clean and we were provided with plenty of material to read about the island. We were particularly impressed because we had a plumbing issues that developed on New Years Eve. The manger came out within a half an hour and the issue was fixed the next morning, New Years day. This company was a class act.

    It’s hard to know if a property is nice from the pictures but in this case, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The home was immaculate and well equipped. The landscaping and pool offered a secluded place to relax and unwind. A short walk past one home and you are at the beach ... one of the most beautiful in the country. Ana Maria restricts development so you don’t have the large condo buildings and hotels on the island. It’s a great place to go if you want to enjoy the sun, sand, and water while staying in a beautiful home.

    we love the Sunset beach house on 77th st. Holmes Beach. The location to the beach is great plus watching the sunsets from the second floor balcony. Marvelous interior design and decoration. Almost everything you need is provided including a great wagon to pull all the beach stuff already there to the beach. Incredibly clean when we arrived. Nothing was amiss. Ben and his crew are so responsive, friendly and provide the best customer experience ever.
